In 2000, Tamar Nekerishvili graduated from the Faculty of Communication Systems of the Georgian Technical University. In 2005-2007, she worked at the City Department of Sports at the Tbilisi City Hall.

Since 2007, she has worked as the Head of the Financial Service of Rustaveli Theatre.

Since 2016, Tamar has been the finance officer of Giorgi Aleksidze Tbilisi Contemporary Ballet.
